CDL Unearths Treasure Trove for Phase 2 Launch of Savannah CondoPark

House hunters will get a new selection of Savannah CondoPark units to pick from this weekend. 150 units of three and four bedroom apartments, as well as penthouses will be released for sale at an average selling price of $470 psf.

This much awaited release comes with an attractive host of incentives. Each incentive package is valued at $20,000, and buyers can select any one of these three “treasures”:

* $20,000 cash downpayment for Laguna Golf and Country Club membership,

* $20,000 cash downpayment for a car, or

* $21,000 worth of Harvey Norman electrical and furniture vouchers.

The weekend launch will also be packed with fun activities for the family, in line with the Condominium’s unique theme park concept. Visitors can enjoy a 3D magical adventure of the Savannah CondoPark, whilst kids will be entertained with art activities and tattoos. All visitors to the showflat will also stand to win a trip for 2 to the Sun City in South Africa.

Located in Simei Street 1, the safari-themed condominium promises to keep families fully occupied in their own backyard with hidden caves, enchanting waterfalls and lush greenery. They would also have their very own two-lane bowling alley and resort style pools with a fog slider. Sharing their space in the Savannah will be life-size “wildebeests and a menagerie of other animals” – immortalised in bronze. Completing the total adventure feel, the new CondoPark’s gateway will be flanked by 10-metre tall columns carved with animal hieroglyphics.

The 648-unit Savannah Park Condominium is also CDL’s new generation eco-home. Eco-friendly innovations in the common areas of the development include the use of solar energy for the clubhouse, energy-saving light fittings, a green corner for recyclable products and a pneumatic waste disposal system. Inside each apartment, CDL will install energy saving air-conditioning systems, and offer eco-friendly building materials like laminated floor and veneer-wrapped doors as options for homebuyers.

Launched in November last year, Savannah CondoPark’s Phase 1 launch of 153 units is 95% sold.
