CDL launches The Esparis EC in Pasir Ris

City Developments Limited (CDL) will launch its latest executive condominium, The Esparis located at Pasir Ris Drive 4 this weekend. There will be a special preview for GRO applicants on Thursday, 15 August 2002, and for the public on Friday, 16 Aug 2002. Sales booking will start on Sunday, 18 Aug 2002.

The Esparis comprises 274 units, housed in five blocks of 10-storey apartments with basement car parks. The development offers a selection of 4 two-bedroom units, 97 three-bedroom units, 123 three-bedroom plus study suites, 40 four-bedroom suites and 10 luxury penthouses. Average floor areas range from 1,001 – 1076 sq ft for 2-bedroom+study units; 1,173 – 1,270 sq ft for 3-bedroom units; 1,292 – 1,625 sq ft for 3-bedroom+study units; 1,464 – 1,830 sq ft for 4-bedroom+study units, and 2,422 – 2,443 sq ft for penthouses.

The unique name given to the development, The Esparis, is inspired by its spa resort theme, and its location – Pasir Ris. Situated next to <?xml:namespace prefix = st1 ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:smarttags" />Sea Shell Park, the EC’s main draw will be its modern spa resort concept, complete with spa seats /beds and a rain shower pavilion. The Esparis also comes with a host of recreational facilities, targeted at young, upwardly mobile couples.

For unit layout and material finishes, CDL is providing a flexible arrangement allowing homebuyers to customise the end result of their home. They can select their choice of flooring for living/dining areas and bedrooms and even the design scheme for bathrooms. For the 4-bedroom units, they can also opt to convert the fourth bedroom into a larger living room.

Each apartment is complemented by full height picture windows in the living room and master bedroom, capturing the full exterior views. All apartments are equipped with kitchen cabinets and appliances and multi-split air-conditioning systems.

Yet another plus point for this development is that the apartments are designed to face a general north-south orientation. Most units also have either the park view or pool view with the larger units enjoying both the park and pool view.
