45 more units sold at Goldenhill Park

A total of 125 units at Goldenhill have been sold, with 45 units snapped up over the weekend (17-18 March). Due to overwhelming response, City Developments Limited plans to release more units for sale.

The freehold development located just off Ang Mo Kio Ave 1 comprises 390 units in five-20-storey residential blocks. Among the units are two-bedroom, three-bedroom, four-bedroom apartments and luxury penthouses.

"We are happy that buyers are responding so well to our first launch this year. This could be related to factors such as strategic location, freehold tenure, quality finishes and meticulous attention to details," said spokesman of CDL.

“Goldenhill is popular as it is reasonably priced but we feel it is more than pricing that brings the buyers in. In this tough market, the reputation of the developer is an important factor. CDL, with over 38 years of experience has an advantage. “To many of our customers, the purchase is more than that of a home, it is an investment," he added.

Goldenhill is located near the popular neighborhoods of Lorong Chuan and <?xml:namespace prefix = st1 ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:smarttags" />Serangoon Garden, an area with limited supply of freehold high rise condominium. It is near schools like St Gabriel’s Primary School and Nanyang Junior College. With the relocation of the Australian International School to the area in 2003, this has also intensified buying interest and boosted sales.<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" />
