Mr Chia Ngiang Hong joined City Developments Limited (CDL) in 1981 and has about 30 years of experience in the real estate industry in Singapore and the region. He holds a degree in Bachelor of Science in Estate Management (Honours) from the University of Singapore and a Masters in Business Administration with distinction from University of Hull, UK. Mr Chia is a Fellow of the Singapore Institute of Surveyors & Valuers (SISV) and the current First Vice President of Real Estate Developers' Association of Singapore. He is alo a Certified Property Manager with Institute of Real Estate Management (USA).
