Appointed a Director of CDL since 2 June 1986, Mr Foo was last re-elected on 26 April 2007. He also sits on the Audit, Nominating and Scheme Committees of CDL.

Mr Foo holds a Bachelor of Law degree from the National University of Singapore and is a partner of a law firm.

He presently sits on the boards of various companies in the CDL Group.
